Manual therapy
for golfers
The only person with worse posture
than a dentist is a dentist who plays
golf. Golf is perhaps the most one-
sided game ever invented by man.
We are always swinging in the same
direction, even the courses are built
for right handed golfers. It is this
fact more than any other that
makes golf hard on the body. Golf
most commonly affects the low
back, but may also wear down the
knees, ankles, shoulders, and
elbows.
Manual therapy can help by increasing flexibility, thereby
improving your backswing and follow through.
Manual therapy can help stabilize the joints of the low back and
knee, preventing injury and keeping you in the game.
Manual therapy can reduce the fatigue, the wear and tear, and the
pain that golf can cause in your muscles.
Most golfers ask for one thing, “Get me to
where I can golf again” that is exactly my
goal and that is what I love. Keeping you
doing, what you love to do most, golf.
